One of the most memorable images of the 2009 Six Nations Championship was of Ronan O'Gara, seconds after the final whistle that ended one of the most dramatic, intense and nerve-racking matches in the tournament's proud history, after Ireland ended years of frustration by winning the grand slam which gave Ireland their first title in 24 years and their first slam since 1948.

Theyll be back in 2010 to protect thier Champion status but will be sternly tested by the pride wounded Welsh, Martin Johnsons improving English and even the unpredictable French.
